In short
The RR apps do not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your documents, spreadsheets and presentations stay on your own device, and the apps do not send them anywhere unless you choose to share them.
Who we are
The RR apps are document, spreadsheet and presentation editors made by Dr Tanishq Kansal (“we”, “us”). This policy covers RR Doc Pro, RR Sheets Pro, RR Slides Pro and RR Office, including their earlier names RR Doc, RR Sheets and RR Slides.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, usage data or the contents of your files. The apps have no account system and do not ask you to sign in.
Your files
- Files you create or open are saved on your device, inside the app’s own storage. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- They are included in your device’s normal backups (for example iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer), which are handled by Apple and controlled by your device settings.
- When you open a file from another app (such as Files, Mail or WhatsApp), the app reads only the file you chose.
- When you choose Share, Save to Files, Export or Print, the file goes only where you send it, using Apple’s own sharing, file and printing screens.
Camera and photos
If you choose to add a picture, the app asks for permission to use the camera or your photo library. Only the picture you pick or take is used, and only to place it in your file. You can change these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.
Internet connection
The apps do not need the internet and do not connect to any server of ours. Links inside a file open in your web browser only when you tap them.
No advertising, analytics or tracking
The apps contain no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party code that collects data. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share any data, because we do not have any.
Purchases
On iPhone, iPad and Mac the apps are bought through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details or your identity. On Android, where a version exists, the free version lets you make or open three files and a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play unlocks unlimited files; the app only asks Google Play whether the unlock was bought, and keeps that answer and a count of files on your device.
Crash reports from Apple
If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us crash reports and general usage statistics in a form that does not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Children
The apps do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Everything the apps keep is on your device. Delete a file inside the app, or delete the app to remove all of its files and settings from that device. Copies in your device backups follow your backup settings.

Changes to this policy
If an app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the date at the top before that version is released.
