Digital products only: We deliver instant/near-instant online access. No returns.

Refunds are allowed only if:
• you were charged but access was not provisioned; or
• duplicate/accidental payment; or
• a payment failed but was debited.

Timelines: Approved refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days; bank posting may take 5–7 business days.
Cancellations:Before access is granted—contact us immediately.

For chargebacks/disputes, we may share order & access logs with the payment provider.
